A veteran having served in the United States Army, past President of the Stephenson County Bar Association, and former Illinois Special Attorney General. He now specializes in Estate Planning and Administration, Wills, Trusts, and related matters. Mr. McPherson is a member of the Stephenson County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Heather McPherson

A graduate of Beloit College, and Marquette University Law School. She is a member of the Stephenson County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Section Council of the Elder Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. She specializes in estate planning and administration, real estate including condominium law, business organizations and planning, and elder law.
